Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery.
Eileen enjoys treating athletes and runners of all levels, helping them recover from injury, optimize movement, and safely return to the activities they love.
Her passion for pelvic health is deeply personal. Inspired by her own experiences, she is dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge and care they deserve throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and every stage beyond. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and treats a wide range of conditions, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy- and postpartum-related musculoskeletal concerns, back pain, and other orthopedic conditions.
As a lifelong learner, Eileen is committed to advancing her expertise through continuing education and staying current with the latest evidence-based practices. She believes pelvic health care should be a standard part of women's healthcare and is passionate about helping women receive the support they deserve throughout every stage of life.
Outside the clinic, Eileen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, reading, hiking, biking, exercising, and embracing any opportunity to be active outdoors.
