Therapy sessions are approximately an hour long.

What is the cost for an appointment?
The initial evaluation costs approximately $160.  After that, treatments are approximately $145.

Will my insurance cover physical therapy?
Most insurance carriers do cover physical therapy.  Please check with your individual insurance company to get specific physical therapy coverage details.

Can I fill out any forms to bring to the office?
Yes! Links to our online forms are in PDF format, and they can be accessed by clicking the links to the right side of this page. If you are unable to view PDF documents, you will need to download the free Adobe Reader software.

How often do I need physical therapy?
The frequency of your physical therapy depends on your condition.
